Scratchings: The enthusiasm of these youngsters is still as powerful as it was in their first production.  Here the two groups 5 to 12 uear olds and the 12 to 21 year olds joined together to provide the wide age spectrum that would have prevailed at the time. Only the five mature parts were played by more mature people who all gave commendable performances. An impressive King from John Kelly and a truly sympathetic Lady Thiang from Donna Rennison.  Admirably serious were performances by the youngsters Jack Land-Noble as the Kralahome and Charles Creasey as Prince Chululonkorn.  All the children were a delight to watch.
